|Model TDC-50 is an FET based low noise DC to 50MHz transimpedance amplifier featuring only 400 nAp-p full bandwidth input equivalent noise and 100db gain [1V/10µA].|
|Model TDC-100 is an FET based low noise DC to 100MHz transimpedance amplifier featuring only 2 µAp-p full bandwidth input equivalent noise and 80db gain [1V/100µA].|
|Model DC-100 is a low noise transimpedance amplifier featuring 60db gain [1V/1mA] and 100MHz bandwidth with only 1 mVp-p full bandwidth output noise and 50 ohm input/output impedance. The DC-100 will produce 20 db gain in a voltage amplifier mode.|
All amplifiers are housed in the same small package and are pin
compatable with ARI's PMT series of transimpedance amplifiers.|
They are a drop in replacement for the PMT series when wider bandwidth is required.
Input and output impedance is 50 ohms. The output amplitude is ±4V maximum when unterminated and ±2V when terminated with 50Ω impedance (recommended).
The gains specified on this page are valid for a 50Ω termination.
