and characterizations of samples sent to us. Producing high resolution
images, compositional analysis, and complete data summaries, we can
provide analysis on prepared samples, or prepare the sample ourselves
prior to performing the analysis. With feature, size/shape analysis,
and chemical type, ARI's AutoSEM 1 is a full service
image/x-ray analyzer. |
